Kliner does not appear much in the story, beyond some mentions, short scenes and the end, nor will FInlay or Reacher confront him in his office. The guy in the morgue (Jasper) doesn't have a name in the book. Roscoe responds differently to the fact that they broke into her house (great change, it adds more to her as a character). It's Jack who has the idea of going out of Margrave for a drink because he wants to be alone with Roscoe (I don't remember if they stay because of a problem, but he definitely doesn't because of what they say in the show). Jack interviews the guy who ordered to kill Paul (I don't remember his name) outside the jail, not in his house (the confrontation with the two Hispanics doesn't happen either). Jack will only face Kliner's son directly once (before a later fight) and it's because of Roscoe, not because the town hates him (Dawnson doesn't exist either). Only one officer picks up Jack and Paul from the bathroom because he was the only one who knew they were in another area (plus this is covered up because the guys Reacher scares when they try to intimidate them are the ones who take the blame). Paul and Charlie have a daughter and a son in the book, not two girls. Morrison keeps Reacher jailed at first because he claims to have seen him at the crime scene. Paul is interviewed at the police station, not at his home. What Reacher eats in the cafeteria were eggs, not a cake. I haven't seen the whole show yet, but here are a few:
